Build something that matters. Every single day.
The role, in a few words
You introduce Upchar Setu to families, doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and local healthcare networks in Bhavnagar. You build relationships, explain our care model clearly, follow up with interested families, and help connect the people who need care with the right program. This is a field role — you will be out in the community regularly, not behind a desk.
Your work. Real impact.
Identify and contact families who may benefit from home healthcare. Introduce Upchar Setu and help them understand whether its services are relevant to their needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and diagnostic centres in Bhavnagar. Keep those connections active through regular communication and follow-up.
Describe Upchar Setu’s services clearly and accurately to families and healthcare professionals. Help people understand the available programmes without creating expectations that the service cannot meet.
Follow up with interested families and help them take the next step in registering. Keep your enquiries and follow-ups organised rather than letting interest get lost between conversations.
Attend local healthcare events and community activities when required. This is a field role, with regular in-person conversations rather than desk-only work.
Request referrals from satisfied families and partners. Build those conversations around trust and a clear understanding of the care available.
Coordinate incoming enquiries and hand them to the City Coordinator for service delivery, keeping the transition from an initial conversation to care coordination clear.
Could this be you?
2–3 years of experience in healthcare sales, community outreach, medical representative work, or business development.
You are comfortable meeting doctors, hospital staff and families in person, starting conversations and maintaining relationships over time.
Good communication skills in Gujarati are required. Hindi and English are a plus when speaking with families and healthcare professionals.
You are active, organised and self-motivated, able to manage your own schedule, enquiries and follow-up pipeline.
A valid driving licence and your own two-wheeler are preferred for this community-facing field role.
Meaningful work starts with a conversation.
