Every professional on the Upchar Setu platform goes through a verification and credentialing process before their first placement. We work with nurses, MBBS doctors, physiotherapists, dietitians, psychologists, social workers, patient attendants, dentists, and care coordinators.

Is there any fee or commitment to register?

No. Registration is completely free and carries no financial obligation. You only pay if and when you decide to begin a care package.

What happens after I submit this form?

A clinical care coordinator in Bhavnagar will review your details and connect with you on WhatsApp within 24 hours to schedule an initial consultation.

How does the free first visit offer work?

For families signing up for an Annual Preventive Care package, your comprehensive initial in-home assessment and first clinical check-in are 100% free.

Can NRI children register on behalf of their parents?

Yes. Simply choose "NRI Family Member", enter your WhatsApp number with international country code, and provide your parents' Bhavnagar address.

Is my personal health data kept safe?

Yes. All personal data is encrypted and strictly used only by verified healthcare providers assigned to your loved one.
