Bring your care where it matters. Into people’s homes.
The role, in a few words
We are looking for a caring and responsible social worker to support patients and their families through illness, recovery, disability, and long-term care. You will help families understand their situation, navigate available support systems, and connect them with government schemes, NGOs, and community resources. This is not a sales role — there is no sales target.
Your work. Real impact.
Support patients and their families through illness, recovery, disability and long-term care. Bring care and responsibility to conversations that may feel unfamiliar or overwhelming for them.
Help families make sense of their circumstances and the support available to them. Explain information in a way that helps them navigate their situation more clearly.
Help patients and families understand the support systems they can explore, making the options easier to navigate during illness and recovery.
Connect families with government schemes, NGOs and community resources that may support their needs. Help them understand available resources without promising eligibility or outcomes.
This is a care role, not a commercial one. Focus on patient and family support; there is no sales target.
Could this be you?
1–2 years of experience, with a caring and responsible approach to supporting patients and their families.
You are comfortable helping people through illness, recovery, disability and long-term care, taking their circumstances seriously and treating them with care.
You can help families understand their situation, navigate available support systems and connect with government schemes, NGOs and community resources.
You want to support families rather than sell to them. The Social Worker role has no sales target.
